To register officially for Aloha Salem Quest (ASQ) University Seminary follow the instructions at CompanionsCircle.Org.
Individualized mentoring programs are available, as well as workshops and playshops. We will custom design a program for you or your group so use the following course list as starting points.
If you complete these workshops, or any course of study with us, it does not entitle you to call yourself a shaman. It is up to Life Spirit and the Spirits of life to unfold the new dream of these ways imaginatively within you, and co-create with you, the unique medicine and healing balms you were born to live and give....Life Spirit and the spirits of life will help you find your calling, and know what to call it.
Shamanic Ways I - Becoming like a child; shifting, dreaming, drumming and dancing new life; many core and cross-cultural shamanic teachings and techniques blended with shamanic expressive arts and humor; reconnecting with the spirits of nature, the ancestors, and universal teachers through the shamanic journey; everyday life spiritual exercises and initiation; re-creation adventures in many of the non-ordinary realms of Spirit/the spirits; welcoming paradox and dancing with duality; shamanic showmanship and "neat tricks"; how to avoid limiting literalism, dogma, formulas, and diagnostic labels in shamanic counseling and healing; being LIVE in each new here and now; the Trickster; death and dying!
Shamanic Ways II - Many kinds of shamanic journeywork; further shamanic explorations and artistic expressions of the vast and deep comedic cosmos of compassion; reversals and inversions; turning inside-out; shifting with the shadows; dreaming true; new-storying around troubles; unflappable flexibility; assisting big and little shapeshifts; knowing and being your opposite; sacred play with costuming, masks, and funny hats, and many more noisy, fun ways to bridge nature and human nature and voyage life and death; opening and keeping open space/time doorways to the spirits of life to play and bless through childlike hearts and open minds; being and living universal and divine fun - flowing the freedom and unity of Heaven on Earth, no matter where or what!
Shamanic Ways III - Initiation of life and death; adventuring and sharing the desirous quest of beginnings within endings; the shamanic skill of artful questioning; reconnecting souls with hidden talents, unclaimed treasures, and heart's desires; turning all kinds of tricksters into favorite companions; shamanic dreaming and shifting beyond retrieval, extraction, and divination model; learning, healing, counseling, and blessing through dying, death, revelation, and mystery; more open and secret teachings from the spirits, and playful counter-measures for transforming fear and resistance to acknowledgment and love; assisting the dying and dead to new life; more ways to avoid habit-rebirth!

Individualized apprenticeships are available to all who are called by Spirit/the Spirits to shamanic practice, as well as an artist-in-residence program, and a variety of entertaining playshops and workshops for groups and organizations.

Flexible, customized, shamanic mentoring, apprenticeship, and supervision ideally takes place in the classroom of your everyday life in your own rhythm and resonance, co-created through your visions and dreams. In this age of technological wizardry, we can cleverly accomplish this through an individualized combination of snail-mail, email, and phone conferencing, as well as an agreeable schedule of in-person consultations whenever this is possible.

Seminars, workshops, playshops, and presentations, based on any of the topics listed under Shamanic Shift Center or Roadscrossing S.O.U.L. Clinic, can be developed around the interests of your group or organization. Travel expenses and a donation to the church are requested for seminars, playshops, workshops, and speaking engagements. Presentations at schools, hospitals, nursing homes, correctional facilities, and non-profit organizations are free (except for travel expenses, if any).
